Half-board rates apply to stays of at least 3 days.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

The booking is considered valid only after payment of the required deposit by bank transfer or credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Cancellations are accepted free of charge up to:
- 15 days before arrival for all Sky Suite Apartments;
-  8 days before arrival for all Suites;
-  6 days before arrival for Executive Rooms, Side Sea and Pine Forest View Rooms, and Comfort Plus Rooms.
In the event of cancellation or no-show, the deposit paid will be retained.

In the event of a delayed arrival or early departure, Management reserves the right to charge for unused nights.

APARTMENTS (SERVICES / MEAL PLANS)

Daily cleaning of the apartments is provided, excluding the kitchen. Upon request, daily kitchen cleaning is available at an additional cost of € 20 per hour.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE

The NON-REFUNDABLE offer requires full payment of the entire stay at the time of booking.
The booking is NON-CANCELLABLE and NON-MODIFIABLE.
